well the movie has a lot less of the “hey let’s talk about this entire family tree!” and less of the “let’s talk about financial law for 100 pages a while!” while retaining all the good bits.  So it might get you pumped to read the book after the movie.

but then again you wouldn’t be able to “put down and take a breath” watching the movie like you can the book.  I mean the original title of this series is “Men Who Hate Women” and it’s pretty painful stuff.  You have to prepare yourself going into the movie.  

I think you could go either way but I’m inclined to recommend watching the movie now because it’s a pretty freaking awesome movie to watch on the big screen!  If you wanna watch it after 8pm on Saturday, James and I would go with you!  :)
